Capacity Development – SaudiArabia’s RealEstate General Authority (REGA)
This week we completed the first phase of our engagement with SaudiArabia’s RealEstate General Authority (REGA) on strengthening the organization’s capacity for knowledge management.
We worked with a great group of professionals to undertake a self assessment of current KS practices and define a common knowledge sharing vision and theory of change. This will be followed by the development of a KS strategy and capacity development interventions.
